India wakes up
to us.
Somewhere right now, an Orpat alarm is going off in Kanpur. It will be snoozed. It will go off again — we build them persistent. An Ajanta clock is striking the hour in an Indore living room. A ceiling fan is carrying a family through a Nagpur afternoon. A shopkeeper in Surat is totalling the day on an Orpat calculator.
You'll recognise yourself in one of these.
- The engineer who takes a fan apart on the showroom floor to find out why it hums.
- The salesperson who knows every electronics counter between Rajkot and Ranchi.
- The designer convinced a wall clock can be beautiful at five hundred rupees.
- The marketer who can make a fifty-year-old brand feel brand new.
- The supply planner who takes a delayed shipment as a personal insult.
- The quality lead who has never once said “good enough.”
Different jobs. Same wiring: pride in the detail, patience for the craft, respect for everyone from the line to the boardroom.

Fraudulent Recruitment
Members of the public have received emails offering job interviews at Ajanta LLP (sole owner of the ORPAT brand, popularly known as the ORPAT Group) that demand cash deposits into specified bank accounts before the interview. These individuals and fake “recruitment agencies” misuse the registered ORPAT trademark and the names of company officials to appear genuine.
To be absolutely clear: ORPAT never asks candidates for money at any stage of recruitment — not for interviews, not for training, not for anything. No person or agency is authorised to collect payments on our behalf. Any such demand is fraud.
